i like to check if is possible to configure multiple contacts for different devices managed under Support Assist version 2.2.0 for Open Manage Essentials
What i like to configure in my enviroment will be for devices located in different region/country, i can customized support assist to have local contacts info for devices located in different geographical location, thanks.
i only can find this primary contact information page to configured in Support Assist as shown below
Yes, you can create groups and add corresponding devices to the groups and assign Primary and Secondary contacts.
