I've updated OME to 184.108.40.2066 and SupportAssist to 220.127.116.11772 but connectivity status to Dell Upload Server is still Error.
Following "en.community.dell.com/.../19680288" I can open XML on "api.dell.com/.../WebCase "https://ddldropbox.us.dell.com/upload.ashx"
I can see ERR_CONNECTION_RESET message in Chromium.
I've noticed I'm not able to send SupportAssist Data for SCv2020 from Storage Center.
Is Dell Upload Server misconfigured or what's wrong?
After two days off Dell Upload Server looks to be up again.

There was a back-end issue with FUS in which some customers experienced connection errors while trying to upload collections.
The problem was corrected earlier this morning around 4am CDT. Please advise us if you continue to see additional errors.
