Configure DSA without connectivity to Dell SA-Server

  • Hi Team,

    a customer disabled connectivity from SupportAssist to Dell SupportAssist Server. Now, he cannot Change email configuration or anything else.

    Is there any way of reconfigure DSA without re-establishing the connectivity?

  • It is unclear as to how SupportAssist is being used without communicating with the DEll servers, however SupportAssist is a client utility that requires connectivity to Dell Servers to function correctly.
