    Hi Wags77,

You can go into the Notifications screen from the Home page, each notification has a link to remove the notification in the top right side. If a specific notification is set to warn the user with the information symbol on SupportAssist Icon, it can be archived by the user by clicking on this (screenshot attached). Then, the notification will only show up in the archived section and will not toggle any status icons on the toolbar. Please note that if there are multiple notifications that are causing warnings, all of them would have to be archived for the symbol to be removed.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
