I am trying to deploy supportassist to my optiplex machines and for reporting sake, it will not let me connect my techdirect account. I jumped through all the hoops to get enrolled and can log on to the website separately:
But when I try to log in using the supportassist.exe CORPIT command to modify the answer file to start feeding information to this site, I can't log in with the SAME account!
Why does this have to be so difficult?
Is your tech direct acount the same email/password as your Dell My Account? Can you sign-in to Dell account?

it is a different username and password combination. We were prompted to make a new account. Is there a way I can just tell you what email account we want to link to our techdirect account?
I sent you a private IM request asking for your email address. Did you get that? The TD account and My Account userid/password must be the same. Can you make a new MyAccount with the same credentials as TD? I'm assuming the are different email addresses, if not just reset the password.
