SupportAssist for servers is our proactive, predictive and automated support technology for monitoring up to 300 devices without the use of a management console.

Today we are announcing these new features: 

  • Installation validation with test case creation to ensure connection back to Dell
  • Option for customers to suspend, resume, or close activities related to auto-generated support cases
  • View all open support cases for your devices (ex: SupportAssist, phone, chat)
  • Support for additional devices – Dell Data Center Scalable Solutions – DS1500, 1510, 2500

 Available versions: 

  • Windows management server (monitors both Windows & Linux devices)
  • Linux management server (monitors only Linux devices)
