SupportAssist can be used without a systems management console or integrated into the following leading consoles: Dell OpenManage Essentials (OME), EqualLogic SAN Headquarters (HQ), or Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (MS SCOM). Giving you immediate insight into how your systems are preforming at all times, integrated in the way you prefer.

It is now available for customers that would like to manage 20 or less PowerEdge servers in their environment and that are not using a systems management console. Download today! Download OME and SupportAssist within a bundle. If you already have OME, download SupportAssist for OME.
1. Download the Dell Server Management Pack. 2. Then, download SupportAssist for Microsoft SCOM.
SupportAssist is bundled with every SAN Headquarters Server v3.0 and configured from the SAN Headquarters Client.
