Remedyforce is an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-Compliant, out-of-the-box, full-featured help desk solution that runs on Salesforce’s Force.com platform. The Remedyforce Service Desk Community can allow members to build solutions that solve critical business problems. It is designed as a landing place for users, administrators and consultants to interact and find answers.
