In my view, tools help us use technology in more effective ways. That’s one reason that tools like Seesmic and Tweetdeck are so widely adopted among Twitter users. Speaking of tools, Dell folks developed a modular software tool called Crowbar that helps ease the process of installation and configuration of open source cloud software.
