I know a few of you are asking questions about the server malware issue that's being reported in places like the Computerworld and ZDNet.
Matt McGinnis from our server team has been plugging away with more details on this Dell Support forum thread here. This issue does not affect any Dell PowerEdge servers shipped from our factories. It's is limited to a small number of the replacement motherboards which were sent via Dell’s service and replacement process for four server models: PowerEdge R310, PowerEdge R410, PowerEdge R510 and PowerEdge T410.
