Today, Dell hosted leaders from 20 Netherlands-based companies and the State of Texas to discuss how to strengthen ties between Austin and Amsterdam. The visit marked the start of a week-long trip through Austin, Arlington and Fort Worth.

This maybe inappropriate, but I do not know of any other reliable, helpful method of contacting dell. Could you please investigate the "Grainy" display accusations w/ the WXGA+ and WSXGA+ screens w/ true life for the Inspiron 1520?

Below I have attached an image of what a "grainy" display looks like (direct url http://i2.tinypic.com/42jc8k0.png). The top is a clear display the bottom is grainy...it might be hard to tell, I do not know, but zoom in on it and you should be able to tell a difference. In any case my 1520 does exhibit this grain, white backgrounds, such as this comment box appear quite noised. My friends have m1330's, whos screens appear crystal clear, so I know there are displays that do not exhibits this. It is indeed a SEC (Samsung) screen. I would like a crystal clear display...
Currently I'm waiting on a replacement laptop because of this issue, and the fact that when the tech came out to replace the LCD, he damaged the laptop.
