Windows auto login settings no longer work with 7000 series optiplex

Windows auto login settings no longer work with 7000 series optiplex. 

I have always had a utility that can broadcast auto login settings to all 80 PCs I manage.

Then I reboot and all the PCs would automatically log into the active directory where they could run scripts and receive new settings. Fast and easy set up all PCs at once. 

The 7090 PCs and the 7010 PCs almost always fail to auto login and instead they can't find the active directory. 

It is there though it does not get recognized as fast as the login.
