Wyse 3010 T10 - SmartCard USB HID Global Crescendo Key crash the Wyse when plugged

Hi,

we have a problem with Wyse 3010 T10 model, last known firmware 8.6_206, which crashes when a SmartCard USB Key is plugged, here below the peripheral details:

VID : 09c3  HID Global

PID : 0028  Crescendo Key

I join a capture of the error encountered when the key is plugged.

Could you please help us with this?

It's very important, because we are deploying Microsoft MFA on our company, and we need those keys to works with Wyse 3010 to authenticate users on Citrix.

Thanks!

A Stack dump when connecting a USB peripheral typically can only be addressed with a firmware update.  The T10 and ThinOS 8.x are both EOL and End of support so there will not be any updates to resolve this.

@buffalobound Hi, thanks for your answer. You mean there isn't any way to solve that for those Wyse models? We can't do anything to modify config without a firmware update please?
