Zoom Plugin will not stay enabled

We have some ThinOS devices running 2208 (9.3.2102).

Zoom video performance is very bad and it appears to be that the Zoom Plugin won't stay installed.  It keeps disappearing.

Using WMS management I set the device to install the plugin, it looks like it installs/enables (checked on the ThinOS device itself after reboot).

We then launch our Citrix session and it is horrible.   If you then look again at the ThinOS device, the Zoom plugin shows ghosted, like it's not enabled again.

Is there some trick to get it to stay?  I've tried everything and can't seem to get it to stick.

Teams works fairly well, and there is no problem with this staying enabled.

Thanks for any tips

There is no logical reason for the plugin to get removed automatically.  Do you have a policy at the group or device level in WMS that removes it?

I would upgrade to latest ThinOS (9.4) and Zoom package ( 5.13)

Is this a known issue that you know of in 9.3?

I don't believe, nor have I seen a competing policy, but I'll recheck.   This machine was in it's own policy group, all by it's lonesome last I checked.

I am not aware of any known issues like this.

What other packages are installed?  Have you tried removing any un needed packages?

Are you using the package released along with the version of CWA on the device?

Please note that you can only have a number of virtual channels enabled at the same time. In WMS under Citrix Session Settings please check what Virtual Channels are enabled and disable all except the one you really use. We have only Teams and Zoom enabled for example. And did you use the Zoom VDI installer on the server and not the normal installer? For Citrix you must use the Zoom VDI installer and not the normal one.
