From a protocol and client standpoint W365 uses the AVD client from MS, ThinOS supports and works with both AVD and Windows 365 using the AVD client.

ok so it sounds like it should work. I just havent seen on the web anywhere where the two are mentioned together, which is why I asked.

The release notes for ThinOS 2306 have officially added Windows 365 to the tested environments matrix
