When Badging out of thin client our VDI shuts down.
We have a setup which is through AZURE on a citrix storefront. Our users log in using a thin client(WYSE 5070) with a badge reader. When the users badge out which logs the WYSE off it occasionally shuts down the VDI. Just curious if anyone has experienced this issue and if you have any suggestions. I am lost on what is actually causing it whether its our Imprivata(Badge Reader), the WYSE settings, or the citrix settings......

Is this ThinOS or windows? In ThinOS policy you can instruct the client to shutdown at logoff. It is also possible this can be done at the imprivata appliance policy.
Does it happen consistently for a given user or device?
