Upgrade to 9.1.6108 changes group key
Hi,
When our thin clients are upgraded from 8.6_807 to 9.1.6108, the group key changes, so it can no longer reach the wms server. Does anyone know why this would happen, or if there is something we can do to prevent that? It looks like a default prodpool key name - is it possible this exists somewhere where we cannot see it? We have checked all of the pools and this name does not exist as a key.
Our process is as follows:
Move the thin client to a test pool, confirm it has the correct key for that.
Upgrade the bios
Upgrade the firmware
Check the key and it is incorrect.
Thank you for any help!

when updating from 8 to 9, the device should hold onto the group key.
1) Does your DHCP/DNS specify this default group key you are seeing?
2) When the device updates it will switch from reading the "ThinOS" policy to the "ThinOS 9.x" policy. Any chance you have defined the group key in the 9.x policy?
