ThinsOS not communicating and interface not working

Hi,


Today I could not access WMS. After restarting all services I could login again. No client had communicated with WMS for 17 hours. I sent the query command to all units and after a couple of minutes all units but one had communicated with WMS. I manually restarted the last unit using the power button. It still wont communicate and the interface is locked. The only thing I can access is the volume. Clicking padlock, shutdown, network etc and nothing happens.

Any help or ideas is appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like the device is experiencing a failure.  If after power cycling the device it still is unresponsive, you can try reimage the device using a USB flash key.  If the device will not reimage and is covered by support I would open a case and have it serviced.   Sounds like the flash may be failing.

I downloaded USB Imaging Tool but it wants .rsp files and the downloads are .zip/.pkg. Do you have any idea how to do it?

I found the correct file and could reimage and now it is working again.
