How to make a basic RDP connection?

Hello, I am trying to connect a Dell Optiplex Thin Client with Thin OS 9.3 to a Windows Server 2022 Standard with TSPlus.

But I am getting SSL CONNECT ERROR when trying to login. How can I disable ssl verification?

Thank you

The SDK for connecting to RDS from MS does not allow for disabling SSL verification.  You will need to export the root and intermediate (if present) for the server, import and assign via policy to the TC.

@buffalobound Ok, thank you for the reply. I just went ahead and installed debian on it.

As far as I can understand, Thin OS rdp implementation is built with the RDS environment in mind, and its not really fit for plain RDP connections, for example with TSPlus.

We have no problem w/ ThinOS 9 (Dell-Wyse 5070) and RDP direct connexions to Windows servers RDSH.

This is our design : No broker, no gateway, just (on-premise) direct RDP connexions. (NLA is enabled)

We Just add them manually (if allowed) or through WMS and it works.
