Dell Micro Power wattage cannot be determined

I Have a DELL Optiplex 3070 MFF PC the original DELL Power Adaptor 19.5v 3.46A 65W its working fine with it, just purchased new Adaptor with higher wattage 130W and pug it now i get a message saying Power source wattage cannot be determined? I tried disabling the message alert on bios but the problem my CPU speed stuck on 0.79 only.

I've tried updating and still no changes

RAM : 16 GB

              Data - 1 TB SSD Seagate Baracuda
