Support Assist will not update drivers
SupportAssist version 4.0 will not update drivers. I get a message saying, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."

If driver update is your only concern
Use Dell Update app instead.
For SupportAssist to function properly you will have to uninstall and reinstall it

Same problem here. Dell g15 5530. SupportAssist won't allow you to update.
Tried to uninstall using MS tool, removing everything and reinstalling everything. I had the V.4 version of the software. Now it is stuck at v3.14 giving me the same update drivers error.
I'm using dell update. But SupportAssist is much better than that in my opinion.
I believe Dell is working on a update of it. So I'm going to wait and see if the software gets back on its regular operation.
