The iDrac license should be in your Digital Locker, if you were the original owner, so I would start there. Now if you bought this server third party and don't know the company name of the original owner, then you will likely need to complete a change of ownership before we would be able to resend the license (if available).
So if the license isn't in your Digital Locker, then reply to the private message I sent to you with the svc tag, the company name or customer number, and your contact details and we can go from there.
