C1765NFW, toner cartridge return auger in the printer was jammed

When this happen to my Dell C1765nf printer, the toner cartridge return auger in the printer was jammed full of really hard toner.  The auger had to be cleaned out with a needle. It was really really hard toner!  On the actual toner cartridge, the cartridge toner return hole had to be cleaned out too.  See video for where these two places are on the printer and cartridge.
