Display flickering only in Windows, only when adjusting angle?

I would love any ideas on troubleshooting this. If I don't adjust the display angle, the screen is 100% reliable. When I tilt it in BIOS, no issue. Tilting in Windows results in filckering that is resolved by rebooting.
