All my USB type A ports are not working in my Dell Precision 3541.
All my USB type A ports are not working in my Dell Precision 3541.
I downloaded and installed all missing drivers.
I checked all the ports with diagnosis tool, and it said the ports are fine.
i updated my bios to the latest.
but still my USB type A ports are unable to detect any device.

may need a clean install of windows... had that on a latitude and had to clean install
