T7910 NUMA/Snoop Question

I have a T7910 Workstation with 2 Intel E5-2687W v4 processors with 128G of RAM and I have a question about NUMA. Currently my Snoop setting is set to Home Snoop and when rendering videos, one processor ( or the other ) is utilizing all 12 cores why the other is almost idle. I tried changing the Snoop mode to Cluster on Die as it is supposed to provide the highest bandwidth with the lowest latency, but I noticed that it uses far fewer cores of one processor and again, none of the other. Can someone please explain NUMA and Snoop to me ? I've read as much as I can on it, but I just don't understand which Snoop mode is ultimately the best for video rendering. Thanks!
