Precision 3660, updated BIOS from 1.12 to 1.13 and my AMD dGPU is missing?

Hi, all,

I have a Precision 3660 tower with the components listed below. It was working perfectly fine until this morning when the BIOS updated from 1.12 to 1.13. Now thed GPU is missing. I tried rolling back the BIOS and it's still gone. I tried unplugging for a few minutes, removing the CMOS battery, and re-seating the GPU to no avail. Additionally I noticed Windows Boot Manager is missing from the boot menu in the BIOS now. What <Profanity removed. DELL-Admin> happened?
