Desktop Workstation for YT Live Stream
I live in the USA and I need to get a Dell desktop workstation to an education center at a small rural farming village in Southeast India - Reddippali village. It needs to have at least 32Gb RAM an 4-Core Intel 3.2GHz processor with 500Gb HDD/SDD. This is a charitable buy and my resources/budget are not stellar.
All ideas & feedback are welcome.

without knowing the budget it's a bit of a blind guess but

maybe this and you add a gpu with the remaining funds ?

You install the os. The gpu is a bit weak but the rest is pretty solid and will last long

it's complete, the gpu is office kind but can be changed. Install the os , put a ssd and ... is quite a cheap bargain

It's not said if you wanted used or refurbished, but the first 3620 in the results from the above link looks like a nice one. I'd ask for photos of the sides of it just in case. Precision 3620 32GB RAM E3-1245 V5 3.5Ghz
If you want, you can filter the 1st link results using "used," "refurbished," etc.

Not surprisingly, the Precision 3620 that I specifically listed in the 2nd link sold already.
Another filter suggestion for the 1st eBay list link is go with free shipping.

There's a couple of other ways to shop for it. Use "Precision 3620 32 gb RAM" for search term wether you go to Amazon or Google. You'll see many selling options on Google. Amazon sells refurbished only, but are a little higher as compared to eBay refurbished.
