Can the Antec VSK4000E-U3_US Black SGCC mid ATX PC case work with my dell t1700 precision mid tower like would I have to cut holes in the case to make the motherboard fit or anything or is it like just moving it from one case to another thanks for any help

Pretty much you will not have any problem with fitting the motherboard into the Antec case, including the rear I/O shield.
But, it may take some work to figure out the front I/O to match with your new case.
