Upgrading SSD Sata with Larger SSD SAS in RAID 1

I’m upgrading my T440 Poweredge Server from (2) 480 GB SSD SATA to (2) 960 GB SSD SAS. What is the best way to swap out the 2 drives without having to reinstall the OS? I’m not so much as to worried about my data, I just dont want to have to reinstall and reconfigure Windows Server. I know SATA & SAS drives cannot be used together, just wandering what the best approach here is.
