R220 with H310 can't detect dell sas 1.8Tb 2.5"
Dear all,
I am trying to use dell 1.8Tb 2.5" SAS 10k disks with Poweredge R220 with H310 controller - not detectable.
Same with Seagate 2Tb 3.5" SAS.
SATA 3.5" 2Tb and smaller SAS 2.5" disks are detectable.
Already update the BIOS and the storage controller to the latest version.
I will appreciate any suggestions.

Hi,
Can you provide me the 1.8TB SAS 2.5" DPN#? Also, can you provide me the drive cable DPN#.

I don't have other cable
Is this the correct cable at all? Actually I am struggling to find any suitable cable for this controller.
At the moment the disk power come from H310, not from the mainboard PSU. R220 don't have additional power connectors.
Can you point a site/shop where I can find suitable cables?
Only one suitable cable I can find but from I can see, how is build, external power is required
