Dell r740xd two pieces SAMSUNG MZWLL16HAJQ-00005
GPJA2B3Q 1600. I want to do raid 5.
I'm making a mistake somewhere but can anyone help me thank you

Hello,
for a RAID 5 you need minimum 3 hard drives.
Also you need to check if S140 can support your disks.

thank you for answer but my main problem is that the dell prec s140 NVMe feature is turned off .
Storage Ctrl Adapter Card 05t20h sees ssd disks

What you mean as it is turned off?
If the hard drive are not supported for the S140 then it won't be recognize it even without NVMe feature.
