The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.
OptiPlex 7050 Small Form Factor
On our Optiplex 7050 I tried to reinstall Windows. When I tried to log back on I am getting The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in error on any ID I try. Is there a way to fix this logon error or is there a way to reinstall Windows again without being able to logon? Or maybe repair the current install?

@JOcean Thans for your response but I cannot logon with local or domain ID's. I get the error each login I try. I could not find in the feed to get around the logon issue.
