Stability issues with an Optiplex 3020

I have an Optiplex 3020 system with lightly modified specs:
i5-4590 (No overclocks, stock cooler)

16 GB ddr3 RAM (yes, it is installed securely)

1 ~128 gb SSD

1 ~ 512 gb HDD

500 watt PSU

MSI GTX 1050 ti oc

The issue I am having is that I have been having random Windows crashes. I turned on my PC and the keyboard and mouse stopped working. Then my screen went black, and I got a BSOD, which quickly got pixelated. Unfortunately, I did not have time to note the code. I turned it on and off again, and it ran as well as new. Then I tried to run paint3D, and the screen completely froze, and I had to physically flip the PSU switch again. I left the PC on the home screen and went downstairs for ~1 hour, and I came back to a black screen with the Windows 10 logo and a loading circle, which was not spinning. As of writing this, the PC is ok, but I will update if anything happens.

can be memory hardware issue or Windows issue.

try:

remove all memory and then install only one stick back

then remove one ssd, leaving only ssd in system, do a clean install of Win 10 on the single ssd installed.

if system become stable, add one more ram back, test for stability until all rams are added back.

@redxps630 it is stable for now, but I might try the 2x 4Gb sticks of ram from the factory if it happens again
