Optiplex 3060 SFF - Can't Install Graphics Card
I just bought a MSI GeForce GT 1030 2GD4 LP OC Graphics Board VD6606. But I can't install it because I can't remove the two plates in the case.
In this Youtube video, at 7'51", the guy rips then out with pliers. But I couldn't. Well done Dell...

Use a phillips head screwdriver, insert to the center of the plate with the cross slot and twist it side to side. It will come off.

I owned five different models of Dell desktop over the years and never before had this problem.
