micro 7010 no high res video selections

Optiplex 7010 micro I5 13500 no video setting above 1920 x 1080 available on either HDMI or Display port after clean Win 11 pro install and upgrade to latest Intel video driver.

Even 1920 x 1200 is unavailable.   

I recently purchased the 7010 used with Windows 10 installed and it had the same problem on Win 10

I tried resetting the bios to both factory and bios defaults.

The BIOS properly identifies the display as 2560 x 1440

I want to use my QHD 2560 x 1440 monitor.

My Vostro 5502 allows all resolutions up to 2560 x 1440.
