dell damage to my computer
OptiPlex 3000 Tower
I sent my tower to you to fix a issue followed it on line tech said it was repaired I got it back with no cover on dvd and front panel loose also was not repaired sent it back to you and you wanted to charge me for the damage that the first tech did to the tower tried to settle it but numerous chats and calls did not solve anything

This forum is user to user. I'd say use the "Get help now" button on the lower-right to contact Dell directly, but it sounds like you did that already.
