Back in the day Dell used to offer an online training cource to become Dell certified/accredited to speed up support and getting parts sent out without having an Engineer visit. Is this still available as I have several engineers that I would like to obtain this facility?

Currently, Dell offers a Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) program without an engineer visit.  During Covid pandemic, Dell initiated the field assist as a new program in CY2020. This program allows a customer to replace field replaceable parts (FRU) under the remote guidance of a customer engineer. The return process has not changed. All failed parts must be returned to Dell unless the customer has a valid part retention contract.
