BIOS Administration password reset
I never see like this Model without jumper
I am very worried about this PC,
If any body forget Bios password, then he requested to company for Reset the password or demand for help like beggar.
If company make this Big PC why not make jumper or CMOS Password Reset option.
If anyone know about the Bios Admin password kindly solve this problem.

Most of Dell desktops do have jumper for Password clearing and CMOS reset purposes. Not sure why you think Dell computers do not have jumper.
About the feature of BIOS password jumper clear options, why would anyone want to lock the BIOS settings and leaving an easy access to unlock BIOS be available to everyone else.
Since the feature is not really effective and you might have potential to forget the password, just leave the BIOS settings unlock.

If your desktop computer was produced before April 2020, the computer most likely has a jumper based reset. Desktop computers manufactured after April 2020 use the RTC Reset ability.

How to Perform a BIOS or CMOS Reset and Clear the NVRAM on Dell Computers
If your PC (you haven't mentioned what model) was manufactured after April 2020, all you have to do is push and hold power button for 30 sec. Otherwise, follow the appropriate instructions in the link above.
