3020 clean windows 10 installation boot sequence issues.
I have replaced a western digital wd3200avvs hard drive as the old one failed. I don't know the correct boot sequence to make a clean installation of windows 10(it is a cd and I have an optical drive). I could really do with some simplified help on this one. Thanks in advance..

When power on, at Dell logo, continuously tapping on F12 will give you access to one time boot menu. From there, you can see and select the Windows 10 installation disc.
Additional info, your existing Windows CD may be outdated. It's better to create a Windows installation USB using Windows Creation Tool. You will get the latest available version directly from Microsoft.
