"You’ve received a private message from Dell Community Forum"

Anyone else find these messages completely and utterly hopeless from "Dell-Cares"? 

No threading, no link back to what you are talking about actively, and no continuation? 

It's like a PM trying to be a chat bot and failing. 

Bad enough dealing with the lack of *actual* Dell prescence.

Agreed! This is a problem we are trying to address.

Understand, the 1st DELL-Cares replies are the bot trying to retrieve the private PC or monitor Service Tag from the user. Once the bot receives this private data, the case is then turned over to an actual agent "also" replying under the DELL-Cares Forum username.

We have started a new initiative called, "Get help now" which is instant Chat.
