Kudos Given to Recent Posts Not Counted on Main Board Activity Page
Kudos given to recent posts are not being included in the total kudo count on the board activity page.
For example, if you browse to the Dell SupportAssist for PCs board at https://www.dell.com/community/SupportAssist-for-PCs/bd-p/supportassist-pcs it shows that there are "0" kudos for sewing1243's 27-Jul-2023 thread New Norton Driver Updater Utility as well as all other recently created threads on that board.
However, if you view the single reply for that thread that I posted on 29-Jul-2023 at https://www.dell.com/community/SupportAssist-for-PCs/New-Norton-Driver-Updater-Utility/m-p/8424272/highlight/true#M95009 that one reply was given two kudos.
If you scroll down the main activity board to list older threads it looks like kudos awarded to some older posts are included in the total kudo count on the board activity page.

It appears to be working as designed.
On a forums board page, showing a list of threads, you assume that a kudos count should total all the kudos in that thread. I believe that is an erroneous assumption. I think that it shows only the kudos for the original post (the first post) in a given thread.
If the original post in a thread attracts no kudos, then the kudos count on the board page will be zero, irrespective of how many posts were received by replies in that thread.
Two of your examples appear to confirm what I wrote above:
In the thread that you linked, your reply received two kudos (coincidentally, one was from me), but the original post received none, so that thread's listing on the board page correctly shows zero kudos.
In your last screenshot, re. the kudos that you highlighted, the kudos count for that thread is "2", and in fact the original post in that thread did receive two kudos. The kudos that were received by replies in that thread (several of them received kudos) are not counted in that listing display of "2".

Thanks for that information. I did a bit more checking and you seem to be correct that the kudo count on the main activity board only counts the kudos for the original post.
If this is intentional behaviour then this seems very odd to me, and different than the way kudos are counted in most other user forums I post in. I normally only kudo replies that provide helpful information. I rarely, if ever, kudo the original post in a thread, which is usually a request for assistance. Like most users in this forum, if I want Dell to know I have the same problems as the original poster I click the "Me Too" button in their original post. For example, this image is from the original post of userxps7590's thread Stuck in Scan Hardware - Support Assist:
Displaying the kudo count for the original poster's question on the main activity board, which is usually "0", doesn't provide any useful information. I'd rather know the kudo count for the replies, and/or even the "Me Too" count of the number of people that have the same problem.
