Emails from Dell Community not delivered?
Hello, I've noticed that I do not receive emails from Dell Community Forum. I've checked my email server logs and found this:
2023-03-19 08:44:26 H=outbound-dkim.us.khoros-mail.com [34.218.116.3] sender verify fail for : Unrouteable address
2023-03-19 08:44:26 H=outbound-dkim.us.khoros-mail.com [34.218.116.3] X=TLS1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:256 CV=no F= rejected RCPT : Sender verify failed
I think the messages are refused because there are no DNS records for dellcommunity:
dellcommunity has no MX record
dellcommunity has no A record
Please check.

I checked your Forum profile Settings- Subscriptions & Bookmarks and found this =
You need to go in there and click "Resubscribe".

The notification emails are being sent from the Dell Community servers, but they are not accepted by my email server, because my email server treats messages from Dell as SPAM. The reason for this - domain "dellcommunity" does not have MX nor A records.
