S2722DZ, webcam, grainy, color issues, #3

I am using this monitor with a Dell laptop. When I'm on a Zoom or Teams call, everything has a green hue. I also have a MacBook Pro. It looks the same regardless of PC or Apple. Compared to Mac Retina, this Dell video quality is absolutely horrible. Is there no fix or driver update to fix this problem?
