S2422HZ, will not recognize signal from Nintendo Switch HDMI

My Dell S2422HZ monitor will not recognize the signal from my Nintendo Switch HDMI port. I am using an HDMI to HDMI connection. I have tried turning off the monitor, unplugging the HDMI, turning the monitor back on, plugging the HDMI back in. I have tried turning off the monitor, unplugging the HDMI, plugging the HDMI back in before turning the monitor back on. I have also done both of these while also completely unplugging the monitor and plugging it back in. And yes, the input is set to HDMI. I have even tried this with nothing else connected to the monitor (no other computers etc).
