A lot of bugs on optiplex 7040

Well I do not know if this device is still under support or not. But the manufacture date says somewhere near 2021 - 2022. I got it a few months ago and due to my ways of working, I installed linux onto a secondary SSD. However, things did not go as planned. First of all, after install ubuntu 23.04, the system would NEVER restart or shutdown. Everything turns off except of the power light and the system locks up. It turns out it was a kernel issue (only for dell systems) and a quick update resolved it. But after a few months the system started to crash randomly with I/O error. I tried to reinstall the system but the debian installer also gave an I/O error crashing the same way as ubuntu did. Even the ubuntu's latest installer has the bugs. At the end, i tried to install it onto another HDD but same. Put the SSD into another PC and that worked flawlessly. 

At the end, I have came to a conclusion, 

THIS SYSTEM IS BAD FOR LINUX!
I'd rather return to HP
