Cheated by Ganpati Services (authorized dealer of Dell) in Patna
I bought a new laptop from Ganpati Services (Dell Exclusive Store), Durga Vihar, S P Verma Road, Patna - 800001 <Private data removed from public view DELL-Admin> on 22nd April 2024 vide for Rs.1,12,000. The product description on the invoice is DELL G15 5530/I7-13 Gen/16/512/6GB RTX3050. The dealer told me that the laptop has a 13700HX intel processor inside and explained it as the reason for the higher price. The online Amazon price with 13650HX was only Rs.95K. On using the product at home I found that it has a 13650HX processor only.
I felt cheated and asked for the reason from the dealer but with the bare response that the concerned person is not available.
Adding to the woe is the AI response from the mail sent to its.consumer.feedback@dell.com just acknowledging the mail and seeking service tag even after reply.

Anything purchased from a retailer is subject to their return policy; if you're not happy, and within their return period, return the system for a refund and buy elsewhere.
