Replacement case
I am building a sleeper gaming computer within a mid tower Dell Inspiron 530, however, the white glossy side panels are quite scuffed and the same with the silver front bezel and I can't find any good condition parts online; I was wondering if there's any way I could get my hands on new or refurbished replacement side panels and front bezel, or just a whole replacement case?

Yes you can buy an entire case or pc. It is an old model should be around 50-60 or less. not sure of anyone just selling panel.
look on local classified such as CL or FBMP, or eBay. I have had two white 530. The first one was white in 2012 while second one 12 years later has age related yellowing of white front bezel. Be expected for that yellowing condition in 2024.

do you know that 530 back IO plate is fixed. If you want to put a modern mobo in the case, you need to cut out the original IO plate.

I have seen those posts before and had to reject due to the poor condition of the case being worse than the one I already have, but thanks, and I'll keep on the hunt for a good condition case. Also yes, I am currently in the process of removing the fixed io panel.

good luck there is still some out there as this was a one time popular model. now most people want to get rid of it. better get it local to save on shipping cost. mine was free.
