Realtek 8821CE slow internet speed

I bought a new Dell Inspiron 3020s and it has got "Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC" card. It has got a connection speed of 433Mbps with the router (eero 6 pro supporting wifi 6). But I can only get internet speed of 140Mbps and upload speed of 70Mbps. The router supports 500Mbps and all other devices in the home is showing internet speed of 450Mbps. Anyone faced this issue and if so, please let me know the setting which has to be changed.

Note: I have ensured latest driver has been installed and computer has got all windows 11 update and BIOS update.

If I connect the computer via ethernet cable it provides a speed of 450Mbps.

Have you tried the card in different slots?

Is 433 Mbps the Link Speed between PC and router?

What WiFi frequency are you using, 2.4 or 5 GHz? Is Device Manager correctly configured to use your Preferred Band on Advanced  tab for your WiFi card?

Assuming that's all correct, try disabling SmartByte software which Dell installed on the 3020s. Look on Startup tab in Task Manager for SmartByte and change its setting to disabled so it won't load/run at every boot. Then reboot PC and test WiFi performance again...
