Inspiron 3670 PSU/GPU upgrade options

Started with an Inspiron 3670 with a 290W power supply. Swapped the 365W PSU from a Precision 3620 as well as a Nvidia GTX 1060 video card. Upgraded the CPU to an i7-9700.

The system has worked well for two years.

Looking at options to upgrade the 1060 to a 4060 which has a lower power rating (115W vs. 120W) but uses an 8pin connector.

This GPU should not overtax the existing PSU, since it pulls less power, but I need to connect it in a reasonable manner.

Any recommendations for how a Dell 365W PSU can power an 8pin GPU that needs less power than the existing 120W 6pin GPU from the existing 6pin connector (plus whatever other connectors are available)?

The Dell 6 pin is effectively 8 pin because it has all three 12v wired. All you need is a Dell 6 to 8 pin straight adapter for a gpu w 8 pin PCIe socket.  Dell factory does this all the time.  I had a HD4870x2 in a Dell XPS in which psu have 6 pins only and factory shipped it using the 6 to 8 pin adapter.
